This architectural design company specialises in producing plans and building regulation drawings for planning applications and building control. Based in Banstead, Surrey, they provide property services to homeowners, landlords, developers and businesses from small extensions and loft conversions to new build property. They are now looking for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist to expand the small and friendly team.

Working at the forefront of the company the Architectural Technician/ Technologist will be responsible for delivering the production of detailed architectural drawings for planning applications. Whether you are completing measured surveys, completing technical drawings for construction projects, conducting site visits and liaising with clients, contractors and regulatory bodies or ensuring compliance with building codes and standards it will be your outstanding expertise that will help this organisation grow further.

To qualify… You should be an Architectural Technician/ Technologist with AutoCAD experience who can demonstrate:

A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
AutoCAD experience essential.
Clean Driving license and access to own vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
